SA MINING AND OPERATOR TRAINING COURSE is fully registered with ( ck 2016/196534/07 ) is a division of ROCK OF SPRINGS-SA MINING COLLEGE that is registered with DHET (Prov reg NO: 2011/FE007/07 and accredited with Umalusi (Ref NO:00762),MICTSETA (Ref NO: LPA/2010/00/816/07) and AgriSeta.

We are a practical skills training center for Artisans and operators, we are located in Rustenburg, North West province,our forcu is on employment skilled training in the following areas:
Boilermaking courses,Diesel mechanics course,OccupationHealth and Safety,LHDscoop,operator courses,Utility Vehicle (UV),Dump truck,Counter balance(forklift),Bobcat,tlb,mobile crane,tower crane,overhead crane, and many other courses.
We equip the students with the essential skills in a workshop environment over a period of 16 days,or shorter,which means that the learners will be competent to start work immediately after completing the course.
Our learners will be an asset to the company in the sense that they are already have the necessary basic training to be productive from day one.

Stuents with LHD(scoop) and Excavator,Boilermaking,Drill rig,Rigging skills are very sought after in a number of industries,and once you have a formal qualification you can choose from numerous occupations.
Accommodation is TOTALLY FREE and we also offer job assistance.

After successfully completing the course,students receive a certificate,with which they have to work in the trade for 4 years,before they can apply to do their Trade Test at Olifansfontein (INDLELA). We also send their details to 80+ Lobour Brokers that can assist them with jobs placements through our job attachment programs.

Admission Requirements
​
No formal experience is needed.The course caters for the following:
School leavers that want to specialise in one of these trades
People who already work in these trades and want to improve their skills
People that want to change careers
Courses must be booked atleast 1 week in advance. As soon as payment has been received the student will receive his / her student number and starting date of the course.
